Our Mission

Jumpstart Prep Kindergarten is a private kindergarten that cultivates upstanding citizens, critical thinkers and compassionate individuals. Jumpstart upholds high standards of accountability, academic achievement and civic responsibility. The rigorous curriculum allows students to be well prepared for success, consistently mastering skills that last a lifetime.

Our before-and-after care and track-out programs go beyond homework help. We practice morning mindfulness by incorporating simple yoga techniques to help children learn self-control, and improve their concentration and focus.
Studies have shown that mindfulness activities also help improve:

• focus, attention, self-control, classroom participation, and compassion.
• academic performance, ability to resolve conflict, and overall well-being.
• levels of stress, depression, anxiety, and disruptive behavior.

Our enrichment program helps children practice positive behaviors and gets them ready for a great day at school.
